Working in recruitment for several years with a plethora of organisations from SME’s to large nationals, I saw how businesses could be even better through bettering culture, developing their people, improving engagement and ensuring everyone within that business, no matter how large or small, is happy at work. Over the years I’ve been fortunate enough to work with organisations such as Strutt & Parker, The South West Ambulance Service, Rathbones and Nkuku; my specialist area of recruitment is HR, Executive & C-Suite Support and Operations/Business/Office Management.
I enjoy nothing more than weekends with the family and our pooch, walking through the gorgeous English countryside or exploring the coast (stopping at a couple of pubs of course). A huge fan of travel, adventure, food, dogs and Freddie Mercury.
